New head of sales and HR to accelerate growth
We are taking yet another exciting step on our expansion journey and are now welcoming Anja Grass Gaetani to the team and the management group. With experience in recruitment, sales, leadership, and HR, Anja will take on the combined role of both sales and HR manager. Get to know Anja - Chief Sales & People Officer
Can you tell me a little about yourself and your background?
I have a background in sales, leadership, HR, and recruitment. I have worked for a large recruitment company, focusing on starting up new business areas and companies. I enjoy growth and fast-paced environments. I have a positive mindset and strongly believe that work should be enjoyable for you to be successful in what you do.
How did you end up here at Norteam?
I met Norteam for the first time with a different purpose in mind, but it was love at first sight. I was primarily attracted by the great corporate culture combined with high ambitions and many agile employees. To me, it's clear that Norteam's journey has just begun and I want to be an active part of its continuation.
Can you tell me a bit about what your role as HR and sales manager involves?
Combining HR and sales is not the traditional way to do it, but there is a well-thought-out reason behind that combination. My mission is to continue developing a business-driven organization where everyone is an important part in working with our customers. No business without the people and no people without the business is something I take as a guiding star and strongly believe in.
What are your plans and goals for Norteam moving forward?
We aim to grow and become Norteam 2.0. This involves building and developing our sales and marketing team to their full potential, while also creating Sweden's most engaged tech team. I see no limits to how far we can go. As we grow, we are also looking for more stars who want to be part of the journey, so I look forward to meeting many new prospective colleagues. My door is always open for a no-strings-attached meeting if you think you have what it takes.
How do you prefer to spend a free weekend?
With my children and the house filled with friends and good food on the table.
